AI Transformation

Everyone on campus is already using AI. No one agrees what the institution’s position is.

We work alongside presidents, provosts, and executive teams to navigate the opportunities and challenges artificial intelligence presents for their institution: academic integrity and curriculum, the workforce relevance of their programs, administrative capacity, and what to say to faculty, students, and employers. For leaders being asked for a position before anyone has a settled answer, we provide a structured way to make decisions now that will not have to be unmade later.

ON A CAMPUS

What does this look like on a campus?

Every college writing its own AI policy, none of them compatible.

Faculty divided between banning it and building curriculum around it.

Employers asking whether graduates can work with AI, and no one able to answer.

ACROSS THE INSTITUTION

What this work looks like for the whole institution.

An institutional position, the governance to maintain it, and the academic and administrative implications considered together.

INSIDE A DIVISION OR UNIT

What it looks like for a single division.

A college or division working out what AI means for its programs, its staff, and its students.

HOW WE WORK

We listen, evaluate, and build.

01

Listen

We begin by understanding how AI is already being used across the institution, where uncertainty exists, and what faculty, staff, and institutional leaders see as the most pressing opportunities and concerns.

02

Evaluate

AI affects far more than technology. We examine how changes in teaching, institutional operations, workforce expectations, and organizational capacity intersect with the institution’s mission and priorities.

03

Build

We work collaboratively with institutional leaders to establish a shared direction, clarify priorities, and develop practical approaches that reflect the institution’s needs and readiness for change.

04

Support

We help translate institutional direction into actionable priorities and build the leadership and organizational capacity needed to respond as AI capabilities and expectations continue to evolve.

90% of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals.
