SOLUTIONS

Building

Sustainable Organizations

Your leadership team is in meetings all day with no room left to execute.

We align and focus the organization so senior leaders get their time back for strategic work.

Sustainable organizations need more than a good strategy. We help align your people, processes, and priorities so leaders can build capacity, navigate change, and move the organization forward, with results that continue well beyond the engagement.

Executive Coaching

What is it?

Whether you are planning a one-day retreat, have a team that needs help to move forward with a critical business initiative, or want to hold a dynamic all-staff meeting, an outside facilitator can serve as a catalyst to make quick progress and move groups forward. An experienced outside facilitator brings new ideas and best practices to the table, ensures that everyone is actively participating in the right activities, and makes teams more resourceful and productive.

When to choose this?

When you have an important meeting or retreat that needs to produce meaningful outcomes, or when your team needs dedicated space to step back, strengthen relationships, align, and move forward together.

What are the benefits?

Leaders can participate fully rather than manage the meeting

Independent facilitation that challenges thinking and brings an outside perspective

Meaningful team building while addressing real organizational priorities

Stronger relationships, trust, and collaboration across the team

Greater understanding of team dynamics, communication styles, and strengths

Clearer priorities, commitments, and accountability

More productive dialogue and collaborative decision making

Stronger alignment and momentum after the meeting ends

How do we work?

Collaboratively identify your desired outcomes, and then prepare just the right agenda with just the right activities to meet those outcomes

Work to identify and gather the right internal stakeholders for the meeting - who needs to be there and why

When appropriate, interview a cross-section of stakeholders in advance to uncover common themes, challenges, and/or topics for the meeting

Bring proven facilitation techniques, activities, and approaches to decision making, to managing conflict, and to helping the group take action

As needed, provide organizational, team, and/or individual assessments to support team building and group decision making

Ask probing questions and listen actively, without assumptions or predetermined answers

Empower the group to make observable progress and experience results

Creating

Impactful Leaders

Strong organizations need a shared understanding of what leadership means and the systems and development to make it real. We help current leaders, leadership teams, and emerging high-potential leaders build the strategic capabilities to act with confidence, respond resourcefully to challenges, and create lasting organizational impact.

What is it?

Strong leaders are developed intentionally. We design leadership development experiences that help leaders better understand themselves, build practical skills, strengthen how they lead others, and apply what they learn to real challenges inside the organization.

Programs are customized to your leaders, culture, and goals, with an emphasis on lasting behavior change and  meaningful improvement across individuals, teams, and the organization.

Depending on your needs, the work may include defining what effective leadership means in your organization, developing current leaders, strengthening leadership teams, or preparing emerging and high-potential employees for greater responsibility.

When to choose this?

When you need greater clarity and consistency about what effective leadership looks like, want to strengthen current leaders or leadership teams, or build a stronger leadership pipeline. Leadership development can also help when growth, succession, or change requires leaders to work differently.

What are the benefits?

  • More confident, capable, and self-aware leaders

  • Practical leadership skills applied to real work

  • Stronger communication, collaboration, and decision-making

  • More aligned and accountable leadership teams

  • A stronger pipeline of leaders prepared for what is next

  • Lasting improvement at the individual and team levels that strengthens organizational effectiveness

How do we work?

  • Build customized leadership development programs delivered over time to create meaningful and lasting growth

  • Bring practical leadership tools, best practices, and resources that leaders can immediately apply

  • Integrate assessments, when appropriate, to deepen understanding of individual and team communication styles, strengths, and behaviors

  • When needed, help define what effective leadership means in your organization and translate it into clear competencies, behaviors, and expectations

  • Introduce and practice new skills throughout the program, building on lessons learned and application between sessions

  • Use real workplace challenges as part of the learning experience, connecting development directly to the work leaders are doing Incorporate team projects, when appropriate, to address real organizational priorities while developing leadership skills

  • Create accountability for leaders to set goals, make commitments, take action, and reflect on progress throughout the program
