Accessibility.

Last reviewed October 5, 2026. We want everyone who visits this site to be able to read it, move through it, and reach us, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This page says what we have done, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us when something is in your way.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Those guidelines are the widely accepted measure of whether a site works for people with disabilities, and they shape how we design and write.

What we have done

The site is built so that:

»

Headings and landmarks follow a logical order, so screen readers can navigate by structure

»

Text and background colors meet the contrast levels the guidelines require

»

Every control can be reached and operated from a keyboard, and focus is visible

»

Images that carry meaning have text alternatives

»

Podcast episodes have transcripts, and videos have captions

»

Text can be resized to 200 percent without losing content

»

Links say where they go, rather than reading “click here”

»

Forms label every field and explain errors in plain language

What we know still needs work

Some older documents in the Resource Hub, especially PDFs, were produced before this site and may not be fully accessible. We are reviewing them and will replace or remake the ones people use most. The assessment runs on a third-party tool; we have tested it with a keyboard and a screen reader and will keep pressing the provider on anything that falls short.

How we check

We test with automated tools, with a keyboard alone, and with a screen reader, and we review new pages against the guidelines before they publish. This statement is reviewed at least once a year and whenever the site changes significantly.

Tell us

If something on this site is difficult to use, or if you need any of our material in another format, write to hello@springboardintl.com or call 720-987-3200. Tell us the page and what happened. A person will reply, usually within two business days, and we will fix what we can and find another way to get you what you need in the meantime.
