What we collect
We collect information in two ways: what you choose to give us, and what our website records automatically.
Contact details and messages you send through our forms, such as your name, email address, organization, and role
Your answers and results if you take one of our assessments, including anything you type in
Your email address and preferences if you join our mailing list
Basic technical information, such as your browser, device, the pages you view, and your approximate location
You do not need an account to use this site. Please do not send sensitive personal information through a web form.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to send what you asked for, and to keep the site working. If you have opted in, we also send occasional emails about our work and resources. We use aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful and to improve them. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site, such as our website host, forms, email, and analytics tools. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our team, or the public.

This site uses cookies and similar tools. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us measure how the site is used.
