Springboard International is an organizational consulting firm founded in 2007, working at the intersection of people, process, and strategy. We partner with associations, nonprofits, universities, government contractors, and mid-market companies to build sustainable organizations, advance higher education, and develop effective learning. 2019
Vantage Group and its president, Kim Stoneking, join Springboard, expanding the firm’s capabilities and expertise.
2021
Dan Weaver and Gloria Reynolds, both former Springboard clients, become the firm’s owners.
2026
Dr. Robbyn Wacker joins Springboard as Managing Partner and Dr. Candice Knight as Senior Strategic Advisor, expanding the firm’s leadership and capabilities. Springboard also launches its Higher Education Practice.
