What this site is
This site describes Springboard International's consulting practices and shares articles, tools, and a self-guided assessment. Everything here is general information. It is not professional advice for your organization, and reading it does not create a client relationship with us. That begins with a conversation and an agreement.
Using the site
You may read, download, and print material from this site for your own use and for use inside your organization. You may not republish it, sell it, or present it as your own. You may not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or with other visitors, or attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not public.
Our content
The text, design, logos, and images on this site belong to Springboard International or are used with permission. Client names and marks belong to those clients. Quoting a short passage with attribution is welcome; copying a page is not.
What you send us
What you write to us stays yours. By sending it, you give us permission to use it to respond to you and to do the work you have asked about. If you would like something treated as confidential, say so, and we will.
The assessment
The assessment is a reflection tool. Its summary reflects the answers you gave and is meant to prompt your own thinking, not to diagnose your organization or replace judgment. Decisions you make based on it are yours.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, and we do not promise that it always will be. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything in it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
